Chin filler vs jaw filler — people mix these up ALL the time 👇

Chin filler → for a short chin or no chin. It's about front-view harmony for the whole face, and it feminizes by creating more of a heart shape. You SEE it from the front.

Jaw filler → that's a profile thing. More definition along the jawline when you turn to the side. You're not really going to see it head-on.

So: chin = front-view harmony + feminizing, jaw = profile definition. Which one you need depends on your face — not a trend.

"When should I start?" — the question I get most 🕰️

Here's my honest, rapid-fire answer: sunscreen the younger the better (yes, really), retinol late 20s, Botox late 20s, filler depends on your goals — the younger you are the less you need. Facelifts? That's a 50s conversation.

The truth: in your 20s it's all about PREVENTION — sunscreen, moisture, protecting what you've got. You can't rush good aging, but you can plan for it.
