As my business continues to grow, I’m making a few changes to help keep everything organized and fair for everyone.
I truly understand that life happens — emergencies and unexpected situations come up for all of us. My goal is always to provide a welcoming and understanding experience while also protecting the time I have set aside for each guest.
Moving forward, all appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling will need to be completed through the booking system. This helps ensure policies are applied consistently and keeps my schedule running smoothly.
Thank you so much for supporting my small business, respecting my time, and understanding the importance of these policies. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know. ✨
✨ A Friendly Reminder About My Cancellation Policy ✨
I completely understand that life happens. Emergencies, illnesses, and unexpected situations can affect any of us, and I always strive to treat my guests with kindness and understanding.
That said, my appointment book is how I earn my living. Last-minute cancellations often leave little to no opportunity to fill that time, especially for longer appointments. When a same-day cancellation occurs, it doesn't just leave an empty spot in my schedule—it creates a financial emergency for my small business.
To keep things fair and consistent for everyone, I will be strictly enforcing my cancellation policy moving forward.
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the cost of the service.
• Same-day cancellations and cancelations within 24hrs will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This will apply regardless of whether you intend to reschedule. There will no longer be exceptions or waived fees for rebooking.
I truly appreciate each and every one of you, and I value the trust you place in me. Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and the policies that allow me to continue providing the best experience possible for all of my guests. 💙
