After leaving a career in sales nine years ago, Melanie followed her calling into massage therapy and energy work. Today, she specializes in supporting women through midlife, perimenopause, menopause, chronic pain, and nervous system stress.

Her therapeutic approach blends myofascial release, cupping, PNF, deep tissue massage, hormonal balance acupressure, Reiki, chakra balancing, and tuning fork therapy, with a special focus on neck and shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, and upper-body dysfunction.

As a woman navigating perimenopause herself, Melanie is passionate about helping women better understand their changing bodies while creating a nurturing space to rest, reconnect, restore mobility, and feel supported through every stage of midlife. ✨

Meet Alissa, a massage therapist specializing in results-driven, whole-body care. With advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, medical and deep-tissue massage, myofascial release, cupping, gua sha, sports massage, and CranioSacral Therapy, she combines clinical knowledge with an intuitive touch to address pain, injuries, tension, posture, and overall body function.

Alissa believes lasting results come from understanding how the entire body works together, helping clients build body awareness while creating treatments tailored to exactly what they need.
