Little esthetician secret…

Instead of wiping leftover serum, moisturizer, or facial oil onto a towel, massage it into the backs of your hands.

The backs of our hands are often one of the first places to show signs of aging, yet they’re easy to forget when we’re focused on our face.

A few extra seconds can help keep them looking soft, hydrated, and cared for.

I’ve noticed a big difference in my hands since I started implementing this little tip!

Think of it as a bonus treatment. 😉

I celebrated another birthday this month, and it made me reflect on the things that truly matter.

Not accomplishments.

Not possessions.

Just the little life lessons that shape who we become.

Thank you for being here for sharing this journey with me.

Here’s to aging with grace, growing with purpose, and never losing your kindness.

I’d love to know…
What’s one lesson life has taught you?

Let’s Take a Closer Look: Enlarged Pores

One question I hear all the time is, “Can I shrink my pores?”

I wish it were that simple! The truth is, your pores don’t actually open and close, and we can’t permanently shrink them.

But here’s the good news… we can help make them look less noticeable.

When I recommend ingredients like:

Salicylic acid, it’s because it helps clear out the oil and dead skin that can make pores look larger.

Retinal helps encourage healthy skin cell turnover and supports collagen over time, which can improve your skin’s overall texture, firmness and making pores appear less noticeable.

I also recommend regular, gentle exfoliation — whether that’s with a well – formulated chemical exfoliant or a gentle enzyme – helps prevent dead skin from building up on the surface, which makes the pores appear more noticeable. The goal isn’t to exfoliate more; it’s to exfoliate consistently and appropriately for your skin.

And niacinamide is one of my favorite multitaskers. It helps support a healthy skin barrier, balance oil production, and can improve the appearance of enlarged pores with consistent use.

Don’t forget your SPF! Sun exposure breaks down collagen over time, and when that happens, pores can become more noticeable.

At the end of the day, I’m never chasing “perfect” skin.
My goal is healthy, balanced skin that feels good and gives you confidence.

Healthy skin > perfect skin.

If enlarged pores are something you’ve been struggling with, I’d love to help. During your facial or consultation, we’ll talk about what’s causing them to look more noticeable and create a routine that’s personalized for your skin.

Let’s chat!

What’s one thing you wish you made more time for?

For me, it would be painting!

I absolutely love getting lost in painting project, but life gets busy and it’s easy to put things we enjoy on the back burner.

Now it’s your turn! What’s one thing you wish you made more time for?

Let’s share and inspire each other – you never know, this might be the reminder someone needs to make a little space for what brings them joy.💕

Remember a few days ago when I told you to trust the mist, babe? 😉

This is one of the mists I was talking about.

The Stone Crop Hydrating Mist is one of my personal favorites because it gives the skin a quick boost of hydration while leaving it feeling refreshed, balanced, and glowy.

I keep a mist nearby year-round because sometimes your skin doesn’t need more makeup… it just needs a little drink of water.

Perfect for:

Midday refreshes
Dry office air
Post-workout skin
Hot summer days
Anytime your skin feels tired or tight

This mist is a staple in my AM and PM skincare routine! (Just sayin)

A few sprays and your skin says, “Ahhh… that’s better.”

Trust the mist, babe. Your skin will thank you.

✨ Spa days are the best days. ✨

Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is slow down, unplug, and take a little time to recharge. A facial isn’t just about healthy, glowing skin—it’s about giving yourself permission to relax, breathe, and be cared for.

Treat yourself. You deserve moments that leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the week ahead. 💆‍♀️💖

Sometimes the best compliments come from complete strangers.

After her facial, this client spent the afternoon running errands and received multiple compliments on her skin. Messages like this never get old.

Healthy, glowing skin isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about choosing treatments that support your skin and bring out its natural radiance.

Thank you for trusting me with your skin and for sharing your experience. 💕

Let’s Talk Skin | What is your skin barrier?

Your skin barrier is your skins most outer layer and the body’s first line of defense—think of it as a protective shield made of skin cells and lipids that keeps the good stuff in (like hydration) and the bad stuff out (like irritants, bacteria, and pollution).

When it’s healthy, skin looks calm, hydrated, and resilient.

When it’s compromised, you may notice:

dryness or tightness
redness or sensitivity
breakouts or “sudden” irritation
products that used to work… suddenly don’t

Most skin concerns aren’t just “surface issues”—they’re often a sign your barrier needs support, not punishment.

In this series, we’re going to simplify skin so you can understand what your skin is really asking for.

Because healthy skin isn’t about doing more… it’s about doing what your skin actually needs.

Have you ever felt like your skin just “changed overnight”?
