It’s hard to believe we are already heading into Week 3.
Over the past two weeks, I have shown up one day at a time. Some days felt easier than others. Every walk and every small choice helped build a little more consistency.
The numbers are encouraging, but they do not tell the whole story.
What I am most proud of is simply staying consistent.
I’m looking forward to seeing what the next two weeks bring.

I got my rhythm back.
Not because life suddenly got easier.
Life has a way of pulling us in different directions. For a while, my routines had to take a back seat.
But somewhere between morning walks, simple meals, and choosing to keep showing up, I found my rhythm again.
This season isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning to the habits that help me feel grounded, one day at a time.
