I’ve seen and heard and experienced a whole lot during my 40 years Earthside. Frankly healers often go through the 💩 first in order to be able to guide those who come behind us.

A shameover is when the day after sharing something vulnerable you wonder if you were too much… and I promise you babe you’ll never be too much for me. 🫶🏻

I’ve got a colleague who has been married forever but hasn’t spoken to his wife in 6 weeks and I have a client ready for another kiddo while her partner isn’t yet on board.

No two lives or stories are ever going to look the same and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I won’t judge you if you’ve been married 1 time or 4 and I won’t judge if you want kids or don’t and I won’t judge if you’ve cheated or been cheated on.

That is not my job and my work is to hold space for your Secs + Relationship concerns in a safe space where we explore all the conversations without shame or judgment.
