Awaken for Wellness was born out of a desire to impact people on a deep level. In 2010 I made a shift to become a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and pursue a path of wellness coaching. Thus, Awaken for wellness was born. I choose to believe that we are all here to contribute something to the world. In order to optimize our individualized purpose, we must open the pathways to allow healing;
