Body by Sisily

Body by Sisily was created out of a deep love for women and a desire to give them something they weren’t finding anywhere else.

A place where you feel seen. Where your needs matter. Where taking care of your body is also about taking care of your soul.

Everything Sisily does comes from the heart—with the warmth, compassion, and care of a mother nurturing her daughter. This isn’t just about how you look when you leave. It’s about how you feel.

We’ll laugh. We might cry. We’ll breathe, release, restore, and reconnect.

Whether you come for breathwork, bodywork, a facial, or a combination of it all, you’ll be cared for from the inside out.

Because at Body by Sisily, beauty isn’t just what you see in the mirror.

It’s how you feel in your body.
It’s how you feel in your soul.
And above all, it’s knowing you are cared for.

Come as you are. Leave feeling loved.

What is Liquid Breathwork?

Liquid Breathwork is a gentle approach to breath work. A chance to go inward and connect to self and the divine.

I have had the honor of being mentored by the creator himself and his amazing partner in life and partner in breath work. Ryan and Shelby’s passion for life, their relationship, and Liquid Breathwork, spilled over on me and have changed things inside me, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I am not the same.

I’m honored to be able to continue to be mentored by them and see what my future holds in this space.

Liquid Breathwork now at Body by Sisily.
