"How long will I look like I had something done?"

Planning around it is half the decision, so here is the straight answer for the four treatments people ask about most.

Skin Rejuvenation — a few hours of flushing. It settles on its own and you go back to your day.

Microneedling — two to four days. Redness peaks the first day, then softens to pink. The surface of the skin has closed by about day four, though the pink can linger a little longer in some people.

VI Peel — about seven days. Nothing visible for the first two, peeling from around day three, and finished by the end of the week. Plan around the middle of that window.

IPL Photofacial — about a week. The redness settles in a day or two, but the spots being treated get darker before they clear, and that is the part people are most surprised by. We would rather you heard it from us first.

How much we are treating changes the timeline. We will tell you what to expect before you book anything — consultations are complimentary, thirty minutes, and there is no obligation.

Pigment is patient.

You don't have to know what to ask for.

Advanced Manual Therapy is our primary therapeutic bodywork. You book the time; your therapist assesses what your body is doing that day and builds the session around it. You are not picking a technique off a menu and hoping it is the right one.

Every session includes Frequency Specific Microcurrent. The frequencies are infused through warm towels wrapped around the treatment area, and most people feel little or nothing at all. It runs alongside the hands-on work to support tissue recovery and comfort.

What we work with:

Pain, injury and recovery — pain that hasn't settled with rest, and injuries your body still works around. Whiplash, an old car accident, a strain that never fully let go, headaches and jaw tension that keep returning. Intraoral treatment available.

Lymphatics, post-op and scar release — lymphatic work supports chronic illness, the immune system, post-op healing and scar tissue. Breast and chest massage available.

Nervous system support — for stress and anxiety that has settled into the body. Slow, quiet work that helps the nervous system rebalance, often beginning with craniosacral therapy. Somewhere safe to set it down for a while.
