We are a studio because at VWS we believe that creativity, art, movement, and gathering as a group are all integral pieces to the wellness puzzle. At VWS, we provide whole-person healthcare for your body, mind, and spirit. Each practitioner uses a holistic, collaborative, and patient-centered approach, and we continuously work together as a team to make sure you are receiving the best care possible. Our services include, Mental Health Counseling, Nutrition, Fitness training, Naturopathic Medicine, Chinese medicine and Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, as well as offerings in our movement studio.
