The summer heat lowers ball compression. It is the hardest time of the year to hit a home run.

He hit one anyway, on a pitch that was not even perfect, after not hitting one in nearly a year.

That is not a lucky swing. That is a body that was built to perform when it counts.

DM us "Sports Performance" if you are a baseball player who wants to add power and get back on the field at your best.

Most calf strains come back. Not because of bad luck. Because this phase got skipped.

Phase three eccentric loading is the step that determines whether an athlete returns clean or reinjures in the first week back. The tissue has to learn to decelerate under load before you ask it to decelerate at full speed. This is the full phase three protocol we use at Hercules PPT.
Built for athletes dealing with a calf strain or working their way back to sport.

No pain during the run. Smart enough to walk the last mile instead of pushing. Mobility done when they got home. That is the whole formula right there.

This is what progress actually looks like. Not a PR every session. Not grinding through discomfort. It is showing up, doing the work, listening to the body, and feeling better the next day than the day before. We build toward that every single session.

Follow for rehab, performance, and longevity tips.

DM us "REBUILD" if pain has been keeping you from running, training, or doing what you love.

The landing leg absorbs the entire braking force of every pitch. If the hip is not doing its job, the knee pays for it.

This is the phase two to three single leg stability protocol we use for pitchers rehabbing knee injuries. The goal is to get the hip firing, the knee loaded progressively, and the movement patterns rebuilt before anyone goes back on the mound. Built for baseball pitchers, but any athlete with a knee that keeps flaring under single leg load needs this work.

DM us "Discovery Call" if knee pain is keeping you off the mound and you want a clear plan back.

Jungle Trail, 4 plus miles, and the glutes finally showed up.

After months of work, this is what it looks like when the body starts to respond. Hip holding. Knee holding. Sore in the right places. The gym work does not stay in the gym.

You do not get to the trail by accident. You get there by doing the work consistently until your body stops fighting you.

Follow for rehab, performance, and longevity tips.

DM us "REBUILD" if an injury has been keeping you off the trails, the field, or whatever you love doing.

Your wrist is injured. Your whole upper body is about to detrain if you do not have a plan.

Phase two of tenosynovitis rehab is not just about the wrist. It is about keeping the shoulder stable, the rotator cuff activated, and the upper body strong while the tendon sheath heals. Most people rest and lose everything. This is what reloading actually looks like.

Built for tennis players, overhead athletes, and anyone dealing with wrist tenosynovitis.

DM us "Discovery Call" if your wrist keeps you from training and you want a clear plan to get back.

That text came in after a training session. Months of work, and it finally clicked.

This is what return to sport actually looks like. Not one perfect day, but a string of them. Sore from training, not from injury. Times improving. Zero pain where it used to live every single run.
The goal was never just to get back on the road. It was to get back better, and to stay there.

Follow for rehab, performance, and longevity tips.

DM us "REBUILD" if you have been dealing with an injury that keeps holding you back from your sport or training.

Hip impingement is one of the most mismanaged injuries in sport. This is the protocol that actually fixes it.

Most athletes either rest and hope it goes away, or they push through and wonder why it keeps flaring up. The answer is rebuilding hip mobility in all directions, restoring single leg stability, and reloading the joint progressively through pain free ranges. This is phase three of our FAI rehab protocol, built for baseball players, sprinters, and any athlete dealing with a hip that keeps pinching or flaring.

If Byron Buxton had three episodes in one season on the same hip, the lesson is clear. Managing symptoms is not the same as fixing the problem.

DM us "REBUILD" if you are dealing with hip pinching, front of hip pain, or an impingement that keeps coming back.

Years of knee pain after multiple surgeries does not have to be your forever.
This athlete came in dealing with chronic pain from previous ACL surgeries. Squats felt impossible. Stairs were a problem. Now they are loading single leg, hitting full depth, and doing reverse nordics without pain for the first time in years.

This is what happens when rehab actually addresses the root of what is limiting you instead of just chasing symptoms.

Follow for rehab, performance, and longevity tips.

DM us "Discovery Call" if your knee has not felt right since surgery and you are ready to finally fix it.

If you had shoulder surgery and you are not sure what you should actually be doing in the gym right now, this is for you.

Most shoulder rehab programs are either too aggressive too early or they keep athletes stuck doing bands and pendulums for months longer than necessary. This is the exact protocol we use at weeks 12 through 20 after a labrum and rotator cuff repair. Progressive loading, structured by phase, built for athletes who want to come back stronger than before.

Built for hockey players, overhead athletes, and anyone coming back from shoulder surgery.

Follow for rehab, performance, and longevity content.

DM us "REBUILD" if you are post surgical or dealing with shoulder instability and need a real plan.
