The glow starts before your facial even begins.
Every appointment includes a complete studio reset, from disinfecting surfaces and sanitizing tools to replacing linens and preparing a fresh treatment space. Your safety, comfort, and skin health are always my top priorities.
People often don’t realize that preparing for an appointment takes time, effort, and supplies before you even arrive. And after your service, everything is cleaned and sanitized all over again to ensure the next client walks into a safe, spotless environment.
When a client cancels at the last minute or doesn’t show up, that preparation time can’t be recovered. It’s more than just an empty appointment, it means time, products, and income that were already invested into your reserved spot.
Thank you to every client who respects appointment times and gives notice when plans change. Your support means more than you know. 🤍
Ready to experience skincare in a clean, relaxing, and personalized space? I’d love to see you in the studio!
Move in silence. Protect your peace.
Take care of your mind because not everyone deserves access to your energy. Be intentional about who you surround yourself with. Set healthy boundaries without guilt, and remember that not everything needs an explanation.
The truth has a way of revealing itself in due time. Until then, keep growing, keep healing, and let your actions speak louder than your words.
All you need is a facial.
Healthy, glowing skin starts with consistency. Treat yourself to the self-care your skin deserves and let your natural glow shine through.
Book your appointment today and experience the difference.

Your acne isn’t improving… here’s why.
You could have the perfect skincare routine, but these everyday habits might be holding your skin back.
Clean your phone regularly. Your screen collects oil, dirt, and bacteria that can transfer to your face.
Change your pillowcase often. Aim for every 2–3 days if you’re acne-prone. Pillowcases can hold oil, sweat, hair products, and dead skin cells.
Stop touching your face. Your hands come into contact with countless surfaces throughout the day, and constantly touching or picking at your skin can contribute to irritation and make blemishes worse.
💧 Stay hydrated. Drinking enough water supports your overall health and helps keep your skin functioning at its best.
🍃 Consider peppermint tea. Some research suggests peppermint tea may help support hormonal balance in some people, but it’s not a guaranteed acne treatment. If your breakouts are hormonal, it’s worth discussing with your healthcare provider as part of an overall plan.
Be consistent. Healthy skin doesn’t happen overnight. Stick with your routine for several weeks before expecting major changes.
Remember: Clear skin isn’t just about the products you use—your daily habits matter too.

Not every breakout is acne… it could be fungal acne.
Tiny bumps that are all the same size? Itchy? Showing up on your forehead, chest, or back? You may be dealing with fungal acne (also called Malassezia folliculitis) and treating it like traditional acne can actually make it worse.
As an esthetician, one of the biggest things I educate my clients on is that not all breakouts are created equal. Identifying the type of breakout is the first step toward healthier skin.
💡 Signs it may be fungal acne:
✔️ Small, uniform bumps
✔️ Itchy or irritated skin
✔️ Common on the forehead, chest, shoulders, and back
✔️ Doesn’t improve with typical acne products
The good news? Once you know what’s causing your breakouts, you can choose products and treatments that better support your skin.
Your skin deserves more than guessing, it deserves a personalized approach.

Hormonal acne isn’t just about your skincare routine.
If your breakouts keep showing up around your chin, jawline, or lower cheeks every month, your hormones may be playing a bigger role than your cleanser ever could.
As an esthetician, I always remind my clients that while we can’t “cure” hormonal acne with facials alone, we can help reduce inflammation, support your skin barrier, minimize congestion, and create a customized plan that works alongside your lifestyle and skincare routine.
💛 Remember:
• Be consistent with your routine.
• Don’t pick at your breakouts.
• Protect your skin with SPF daily.
• Give your skin time to heal.
Healthy skin is a journey—not an overnight transformation.
👇 Tell me in the comments:
Do your breakouts tend to happen around your cycle, or are they persistent all month? I’d love to help!
