The big surprise I mentioned on Wednesday is that we are engaged 🥰💍

He surprised me so much, and I am so blessed, excited, and grateful to be his fiancé❤️

Our future is full of unknowns, but I get to do it with my love, and face the joys and challenges of this life with him!

I love him more and more each day, and I am so happy that we have each other. Thank you, my love, for the most perfect proposal 😘

This is the little spot on the river where he proposed 💕 Our first date was at a restaurant on the river, so he found the perfect spot for dinner and a proposal on the river 🥰

What a ring!! Love it so much ❤️

This was right before he asked me to marry him💜 A moment before he took this, I was thinking this would be a lovely place to get proposed to😍 Of course, I didn’t say that, but it was perfect!

I have something fun to share soon, but while we are waiting for the big surprise, here is a video of a very relaxed boy during his massage session 💜

Any guesses?? If you know, don’t say a word😍

A clip from my equine massage clinic this past weekend! She is an older horse who has lived her life pulling Amish carts, and is now with her new owner for one year.

She wanted some education on her horse and to learn some new things, and I do believe I fulfilled that for her😍

We had a small group, but will hopefully do more of them soon. If you are interested in hosting a clinic, please reach out to me💜

I love being able to help the elderly horses feel more relaxed and comfortable especially when they have had a good long life as a reining horse😍

He has been standing with his feet close together for a while now, and just with a little massage, we can see a difference. When I saw him at the beginning of the session, my goal was to help him stand more balanced. Here he is standing more balanced, and way more comfortable through his body❤️

Massage helps with any horse, no matter where they are at in life🥰

Heading to Atlanta today, and I am delayed for 2 hours! Why not get some video editing done 😍

Hope you enjoy some equine shoulder anatomy, and a cute pony!

A little relaxation, a little neck anatomy, and a sweet paint horse 💜

The equine specific fascia tool which I am using is available for purchase in my LinkTree in my profile 😍

The horse’s hyoid apparatus is much more than a set of small bones beneath the jaw—it’s a key connection point between the tongue, jaw, poll, throat, and neck💕

When the muscles attached to the hyoid become tight or restricted, it can contribute to poll stiffness, resistance to the bit, uneven contact, difficulty bending, and reduced relaxation throughout the body. This can help make a horse feel quite tense and uncomfortable 😬

Keeping this area comfortable and mobile can support better communication, softer movement, and improved overall performance. Massage and using a few techniques in the the jaw can reduce some of this tension, and help them feel a lot more comfortable 😍

Definitely an important apparatus! I love being able to help horses by doing this tongue release. It is not for everyone to do, and you have to be very careful that you aren’t pulling. They stretch and pull the tongue not you🤩

Hey everyone do you want to learn how to help release some of the back by working on the Iliopsoas muscle group? This group includes the iliacus, psoas minor, and major!

Have a great rest of your weekend 🤩

Back and pectoral muscles! They all work together, and this pony needed help💕

There will be a Part 3 that talks more about the pectoral muscles to look forward to🤩

Hope you enjoy, and if you do please share and/or follow😍

This technique can help quite a few different muscles!

The main groups are the glutes, hamstrings, quads, back, thoracic sling, and abdominal muscles. It’s just a great stretch to do on a regular basis. He does it very well🤩

Not every horse can have that big of a change in their body, and some horses like having their belly gently scratched in order for them to lift their back and stomach. Quite helpful though💕
