✨ LASH APPOINTMENT REMINDERS + LATE FEE POLICY ✨

A few quick reminders to help us make the most of your lash appointment! 🤍

🖤 PLEASE ARRIVE WITH CLEAN, BARE LASHES
Please come to your appointment with your lashes completely clean and free of makeup, mascara, eyeliner, oils, or lash products.

If I need to spend time removing makeup or properly cleansing your lashes before we can begin, an additional cleansing/removal fee may apply. Please keep in mind that this also takes away from your actual lashing time, which can affect how full we’re able to get your set.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Because lash appointments are scheduled back-to-back, arriving late may shorten your service time.

A late fee may apply, and appointments that are significantly late may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.

☕️ TRY TO LIMIT CAFFEINE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
I completely understand that avoiding caffeine isn’t always realistic! However, if you’re able to limit caffeine before your appointment, it is SO appreciated. 🤍

Caffeine can make it harder to stay still or cause your eyes to flutter, which makes lashing more difficult and can add additional time to your appointment.
