It’s been a ridiculously long week, and I am tired.🥱 I will be getting back to messages about scheduling tomorrow. I have another long day at the shop today. I do advise scheduling out for the rest of the year to avoid frustration and stress of not being able to book the day you want. My schedule is filling up fast. 💨

If you’ve ever been serviced by me—whether you’ve been with me for years or you’re brand new—and you ever feel like I didn’t give you my best work, please communicate that with me. 🖤

Your feedback is important to me. It helps me recognize where I may have fallen short, learn from it, and continue improving my work and the experience I provide to each of you.

I know I won’t be the perfect nail tech for everyone, and that’s okay. But if there’s ever an issue with your service, I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make it right—whether that means correcting something, discussing an appropriate resolution, or even recommending another nail tech who may be a better fit for the style you’re looking for.

What I ask in return is honest and open communication, especially during your appointment. If there’s something you don’t love, please tell me. You will never hurt my feelings by respectfully communicating what you want. I would much rather have the opportunity to fix something in the moment than find out later that you left unhappy.

I take a lot of pride in my work and in the relationships I’ve built with my clients. I’m human, I’m still learning, and I will always have room to grow. Constructive feedback allows me to do exactly that.

I will always do my best to take accountability and make things right when I’ve made a mistake. All I ask is that I’m given that opportunity before assumptions are made or my work and business are spoken negatively about.

At the end of the day, there’s no hate here—only love, growth, accountability, and a genuine desire to give you the best experience I can. 💅🖤

Perfection isn’t always realistic, and I want to be transparent about that.

I’m sharing this set because it reminds me that I’m human. There are days when I don’t feel my best, and sometimes that shows in my work. While many people may look at these nails and think they’re beautiful, as the artist, I notice the little details I wish I had executed better.

Being my own toughest critic is part of what pushes me to grow, but it also reminds me how important it is to listen to my body. When I’m in pain or running on empty, I can’t perform at the level I hold myself to. Taking care of myself isn’t just for me—it’s how I continue providing the best experience and quality work for my clients.

Growth comes from recognizing where we can improve, giving ourselves grace, and showing up ready to do even better the next time. No artist is perfect, and that’s okay. Every set teaches me something, and I’ll never stop learning. 🖤💅
