🔥 PERFORMANCE IS MY PASSION. BIG GOALS ARE MY FUEL.
There’s something different about working with competitive athletes who aren’t just training to participate… they’re training to WIN.
That’s exactly why I created the RPM Athlete Ambassador Program.
It gives me the opportunity to collaborate with competitive athletes throughout their training and competition season to help them:
🔥 Recover faster
🔥 Perform better
🔥 Move toward bigger PRs, podiums & wins
And Ambassadors get perks you won’t find on my regular schedule, including exclusive access to Saturday booking.
That’s why I’m here today, getting a football player ready to do what he does best. 🏈💪
Think you have what it takes to be an RPM Athlete Ambassador?
Comment RPM and I’ll send you the application. 🔥
You’re not training just to finish. You’re training to get faster, stronger, and harder to beat. 🏃🔥
But mile after mile adds up.
Tight hips. Heavy legs. Shortened stride. That one area that starts talking around mile 6 and gets louder the longer you go.
At RPM Therapy, recovery is built around the demands you’re putting on your body, so you can move better, recover between training sessions, and keep building mileage without feeling like every run is fighting the last one.
Because the goal isn’t just to feel better after a massage.
It’s to show up to your next run ready to perform.
Chasing a new PR, a faster pace, or your next finish line?
Your recovery should be training for it too. 🏆

Plot twist… your muscles don’t care how strong I am. 👀
When I first started working with bigger, stronger athletes, it would have been easy to think getting results meant I needed to work harder, push deeper, or somehow overpower the muscle.
But I’ve learned something completely different.
The more I learned to stop fighting the muscle, the faster I started seeing change.
Instead of forcing tissue to give me what I want, I’ve learned techniques that help me recognize why the body is holding tension in the first place and work with it in a way that allows it to change.
And THAT has changed the way I do sports massage.
Less fighting.
Less forcing.
More listening to what the body is actually telling me.
And some of the changes I’m seeing in mobility, movement, and recovery in a single session have surprised even me.
So no…this 5’3”, 128 lb massage therapist does not need to wrestle a defensive tackle. 😂
I just needed to learn a better way to get his muscles to cooperate.
Massage therapists…if you’re wondering what I’m doing differently lately, you should be. 👀
Athletes…chasing a new PR, a podium, or your next medal? Your next move might be onto my table. 🔥

What if the thing holding back your next PR… isn’t your training?
It’s your recovery.
Most serious athletes obsess over training programs, nutrition, supplements, and gear.
But one of the biggest performance gaps I see isn’t in the gym…
It’s the complete absence of a structured recovery program.
Recovery isn’t just about feeling less sore.
It’s about restoring mobility, improving movement quality, reducing compensation patterns, maintaining power output, and showing up to every training session with a body that’s actually ready to perform.
The athletes who consistently improve aren’t just the ones who train the hardest.
They’re the ones who recover intentionally.
Sometimes the difference between finishing in the middle of the pack and standing on the podium isn’t another workout…
It’s a better recovery strategy.
So here’s the question:
If recovery could improve your performance, how much potential are you leaving on the table by not prioritizing it?
If you’re serious about competing at your highest level and want to learn what a personalized recovery program could do for your performance, Comment or DM me “PODIUM.”
Let’s talk about what your body is capable of when recovery becomes part of your training plan.

The belief that another massag therapist can “steal your client” is wild to me!
People have preferences, from pressure, modality, space, smells, location, pricing, personality, skill set…..there are so many reasons someone chooses you as THEIR massage therapist!
I know I’m not for everyone and honestly everyone is not for me!
I love knowing my fellow massage therapists in my area so I can refer out! Because, did you know a therapist that doesn’t take your money and refers you out for a better fit is going to make a HUGE impression on a person. So you are now in their mind as a possible therapist for their friends, family, colleges, etc.
We truly are better able to serve our communities when we know each other and understand who and how everyone serves their clients!
I refer clients to other therapists literally daily! And I would love to get to know you!🫶🏼

An athlete walked into my office with just 15° of hip external rotation.
Twenty minutes later?
60°.
A 45° increase in mobility.
Here’s what most athletes get wrong…
It wasn’t because we forced the body to give in.
Your body limits movement when it doesn’t trust a position. Until it feels safe, it’ll continue guarding and restricting your range of motion.
My job isn’t to fight your body.
It’s to work with it—using intentional assessment and treatment to help your body move the way it was designed to.
That’s why meaningful change doesn’t have to come from an hour of painful work.
It comes from the right work.
This is more than deep tissue.
More than traditional sports massage.
It’s a strategic approach to helping athletes move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level.
Helping athletes create wins through recovery.

🔥 NEW ATHLETE AMBASSADOR 🔥
Welcome to the team, Jake Lewis! 👏
Jake wears many hats. He’s a firefighter, a CrossFit Coach at CrossFit Chief here in Tyler, TX, a competitive CrossFit athlete, and most importantly, a man who seeks to honor the Lord in the way he lives, leads, and serves others.
Whether he’s responding to emergencies, coaching athletes, or stepping onto the competition floor, Jake understands that caring for the body God has entrusted to him isn’t just about performance, it’s about stewardship.
His goals are clear:
🏆 Increase mobility
⚡ Recover faster between training sessions
🥇 Turn consistent podium finishes into consistent 1st Place finishes.
This is what the RPM Therapy Athlete Ambassador Program is all about.
For competitive athletes ready to:
⚡ Maximize recovery
⚡ Elevate performance
⚡ Stay healthier through the demands of training and competition
⚡ Access exclusive ambassador benefits
Jake understands that excellence isn’t built on one great workout or one great competition. It’s built through consistent preparation, intentional recovery, and showing up day after day with discipline.
That’s exactly what the RPM Therapy Athlete Ambassador Program is designed to support.
I’m honored to partner with athletes who lead by example. Jake’s commitment to serving his community, living out his faith, and pursuing excellence makes him an incredible addition to the RPM Therapy family.

7 Rules Every Athlete Needs to Remember
1. Let it go.
Missed the lift. Lost the game. Had a bad race. One bad performance doesn’t define your future. Learn from it, then move on.
2. Ignore them.
Not everyone will understand your goals, discipline, or sacrifices. Stay focused on your own path, not someone else’s opinion.
3. Give it time.
Strength, speed, mobility, endurance, and recovery all take consistency. Trust the process, not the timeline.
4. Don’t compare.
Comparison steals confidence. Your body, your journey, your comeback, and your progress are uniquely yours.
5. Stay calm.
Pressure creates opportunities. The athletes who can regulate their mind and body perform better when it matters most.
6. It’s on you.
Your coach can guide you. Your therapist can help you recover. Your team can support you. But no one can do the work for you. Own your habits.
7. Smile.
You get to do what many people only wish they could. Compete. Train. Improve. Enjoy the journey, even the hard days.
Recovery isn’t just about what happens on the massage table. It’s built by the choices you make every single day. The athletes who stay consistent with both training and recovery are the ones who stay in the game the longest. 💪🏽

Since I changed the way I work with athletes, I’ve noticed something powerful…
The biggest changes aren’t always just physical.
They’re confidence changes.
I’ve worked with athletes who have already done the rehab, put in the work, and technically “healed”… but still don’t fully trust their body.
One athlete came in after a shoulder injury and surgery that left them struggling with range of motion and confidence on the mound.
They could play.
But they didn’t feel like themselves.
Pitching multiple innings was a challenge. Their shoulder didn’t move the way they needed it to. And when an athlete doesn’t trust their body, it changes the way they show up.
Over time, I watched that change.
Their movement improved.
Their body started cooperating again.
Their confidence came back.
Now they’re pitching multiple innings, racking up strikeouts, and stepping onto the mound with a completely different mindset.
The biggest win wasn’t just seeing better performance.
It was seeing an athlete believe in their body again.
That’s why I do what I do.
Helping athletes create wins through recovery.
This has completely changed the way I work.
