Join Rachael Wednesday mornings at 9 AM for an all-levels Free Flow yoga class that invites you to explore fluid, intuitive movement, connect with your breath, and create a deeper mind-body-spirit connection. Whether you’re looking to move freely, find a little grounding, or simply make space for yourself, this class encourages you to listen to your body and explore movement without the pressure of perfection.
Come as you are, move with intention, and find your own flow. 🌿
A lifelong lover of dance and fluid motion, Rachael brings curiosity, creativity, and a sense of exploration to her yoga practice. Her classes are inspired by the connection between movement and the body, with an emphasis on intuitive expression and the freedom to explore. For Rachael, movement, creativity, and her connection to the earth are deeply intertwined, shaping the way she teaches and moves through the world.

WHAT IS REIKI? ✨
Reiki is a Japanese energy-based practice that uses gentle, hands-on or hands-above-the-body techniques with the intention of supporting relaxation, balance, and a sense of calm.
