We loved seeing Massage & Bodywork’s recent feature on Energy Medicine in Bodywork and the conversation around looking at the body through structural, functional, and energetic perspectives.
At Nirvana, energy work gives us another way to slow down, get present, and create space for deep relaxation and grounding. 🌿
Reiki is gentle and non-invasive. You don’t have to understand it or even have an opinion about energy work. Just come in, get comfortable, and see how you feel.
