Today is the last day of the Mod, and I have both Professional and Master Esthetics students completing six to 12 months of training. 🎓✨

Am I mad at them? Absolutely not.
Do they work my nerves sometimes? Absolutely. 😂

But here’s the lesson: learning to truly listen is a skill. Listen to your instructors. Listen to your clients. Listen during consultations. Listen to the details. That skill will take you FAR in this industry.

Today may have required a little more “Ms. Erin voice” than usual 😂, but it comes from a place of love and wanting them to succeed.

I am SO proud of each of you. Months of hard work, growth, challenges, practicals, tests, long days—and YOU DID IT! 🥹🎓
