✨ STUDIO BELLE VIE ✨

🌹 My quaint and cozy hair studio…

🌅 I chose the name because I truly believe life is beautiful. I do my best to see the beauty all around and help others notice and acknowledge as well.

🙂‍↔️ When choosing the name I did not ask anyone their opinions excluding my husband’s. I just “knew” this was the direction I wanted to head, so I ran confidently with the concept.

💕 So what does “BELLE VIE” even mean?

👩‍🎨 “BELLE VIE” is French
It literally means “beautiful life.”

❤️ belle = beautiful

🌳 vie = life

✍️ Small nuance: in everyday French, people more commonly say “la belle vie” (with la) to mean the good life. Without the article, “belle vie” still makes sense, but it feels more poetic or stylistic than conversational which is exactly why I did what I did.

🌼 “STUDIO BELLE VIE” sounded elegant, soft, and aspirational. Even if it’s not textbook French, brand names don’t have to be.

😌 The flow matters more than grammar, and this one flows. It feels chic, feminine, and luxe—perfect for a salon studio.

🙏🏻 May I exude beauty the way I perceive it.

🌊 Something that emanates from the inside out.

🫂 My goal is the same it’s always been; to help others look & feel better.

Restaurant week starts this Friday at both Mannino’s locations! That’s right we are honoring the restaurant week tradition at our Moyock location as well. Three courses for 35$

Grieving over the salon closing hit me effective yesterday.

Prayers welcome.

I’m still excited and grateful, but just going through the normal process of major change.

This place has been nothing short of divine, blessed, peaceful, and beautiful.

My hope and trust is in knowing the same God who was with me here will be with me in the new space.
