That steady tapping you hear is Tok Sen—a traditional practice rooted in Northern Thailand. “Tok” refers to tapping or hammering, and “Sen” refers to the pathways described in Thai healing traditions. Together: tapping the lines.

Using wooden tools, I create rhythmic vibrations while following the areas of restriction I feel in your body. I adjust the pace and pressure to you—listening with my hands, working with intention.

Tok Sen may help ease muscular discomfort and tension. Early research has shown promising short-term results for shoulder pain, though studies are still small.

In its traditional framework, this work also invites energy to flow. For me, that intention is personal: creating space for what feels heavy or stagnant to soften.
