This week, Versus Salon had the opportunity to visit Empire Beauty School and connect with the next generation of beauty professionals.

Pouring back into the beauty industry is important to us, but so is creating opportunities for our own stylists to grow, lead, and explore what’s possible beyond salon services.

Niecy has shared her dream of one day opening a beauty school of her own, and experiences like this give our team the opportunity to develop new skills, step into leadership, and explore the paths they aspire to pursue.
