Divinely Rooted Remedies

Who else is tired of dealing with these pesky mosquitoes?! 😩

Idk about ya’ll, but they have been especially bad outside our house the last couple of weeks- even with the drop in night time temperatures 😒

Luckily, we have plenty of our Tick and Insect Repellent in stock! And even better, we will be running a fall sale on it so you can grab a bottle to get you through the rest of the year! 🙌

Now until the end of the fall (December 20), Tick and Insect Repellent will be 20% off! 🎉

Our all natural repellent is crafted from apple c***r vinegar infused with herbs proven to be effective at deterring insects. These aromatic herbs include Lemongrass, Rosemary, Basil, Mint, and Lavender. We’ve had great results with this repellent for many years!

However, after seeing an increase in ticks this spring, we decided to do a reformulation in order to ensure tick coverage more extensively. So, XS now our herbal infused apple c***r vinegar base also includes several essential oils shown in studies to repel both mosquitoes and ticks. Our EO blend includes Lemongrass, Lemon Eucalyptus, Oregano, and Red Thyme. We’ve tested this formula with live ticks and were very impressed with it’s performance!

Reach out if you’d like to grab a bottle so you can’t beat those pesky bugs! 🚫🦟

Did some Goldenrod harvesting on this sun-shiny day! ✨

I use this plant in several remedies- including my Pain Cream, Allergy Support items, and Urinary and Kidney Support Glycerite. It’s got a lot of great properties such as anti-inflammatory, diuretic, diaphoretic, expectorant, astringent, and antiseptic. I’ll be using some to make up more Allergy Relief Tea just in time for the seasonal change!

Harvesting today reminded my of why this time of year is so bittersweet. Things are inevitably changing- the fluctuating temperatures, the shorter days, the dying plants. And though it makes me sad to see things change, Goldenrod brings me a little joy. The bright yellow flowers remind me of sun rays shining down ☀️

I am starting to look forward to all the fall colors that are coming out and know that the time to slow down and rest is approaching 😌

Looking forward to connecting at the Wabash Farmers Market this Saturday! 🤗

Here’s another beautiful flower that deserves to be seen and appreciated ✨

Echinacea, or cone flower as many people know it, is becoming another favorite flower of mine. My little patch in my garden keeps growing every year, and it certainly draws a lot of attention! I mean, look how pretty it is 😍

Growing, harvesting, and processing your own herbs truly helps create a relationship with plants. It also allows you to have a pretty special part in making your own remedies and taking care of your health 💖

We include echinacea in our Immunity Tea and Immunity Glycerite because of its immune modulating and antimicrobial properties. It’s a great herb to utilize with school just around the corner!
