Sweet peppermint and crushed candy cane come through first, then she gets downright disrespectful with a vanilla cupcake piled HIGH with cotton candy frosting, fluffy marshmallows, whipped cream, and all that sugary goodness with a splash of something special. 😮‍💨

Raw by Glow is something special to me. This collection gives me room to get back in my lab, play with ingredients, experiment, create from scratch, and let y’all experience what happens when I just CREATE.

And baby… I have some IDEAS up my sleeve for RAW. 👀🧪

I’m not spilling everything yet, but just know RAW.001, RAW.002, and now RAW.003 are only the beginning.

I wasn’t even going to come on here today because I was intentionally taking a couple of days away, but apparently my name has found its way into the streets attached to some FALSE information, so unfortunately I need to address it.

I was tagged in the comments under a post discussing ANOTHER company’s shipping situation.

Respectfully, whatever another company has going on has absolutely NOTHING to do with me or Glow in Peace. I cannot speak for how another business operates, and I’m not sure why my business was brought into that conversation in the first place.

What I CAN speak on is mine.

I have never had my customers sitting around waiting 30+ days for their orders, nor do I create shipping labels and have packages just sitting around for weeks afterward.

The last round of orders were placed August 27th. Those labels were RECENTLY created, and those packages were dropped off Friday evening along with the rest of the packages that went out.

And just to put the timeline into perspective, this was a HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

Sunday the carriers were closed. Monday was a holiday. I do not own USPS or UPS, y’all. 😂 Once a package is physically in the carrier’s possession, I cannot control when their system updates or when that first scan appears.

I am STILL waiting for updates on a few packages myself, but let me make this VERY clear: those packages were dropped off.

What frustrates me about situations like this is that I work extremely hard to run Glow in Peace with integrity. My customers know how I operate. I communicate. I give shipping updates. I answer emails, most times within an hour. And if there is EVER an issue with an order for any reason, I FIX IT. Period.

I have always made it a priority to take care of my customers by any means necessary, and I stand firmly behind the way I conduct my business.

So please, if there is ever a legitimate concern regarding Glow in Peace, come directly to ME. My inbox and email are always open, and I have absolutely no problem addressing anything involving MY business.

But what we are NOT going to do is throw my name into situations involving another company, especially while attaching false or misleading information to it.

That’s unnecessary, and quite frankly, unfair.

I’m very protective of the reputation I’ve worked hard to build because I KNOW how I run my business, and I know the level of care I give my customers.

So if it doesn’t involve Glow in Peace, please leave Glow in Peace out of it.

Now THAT has been clarified. I’m going back to my couple days away. ✌🏽
