Some of my favorite memories are made here. 🤍
Life can get so busy. The days start to blend together with work, schedules, practices, errands, and to-do lists. Before we know it, another week has gone by.
That’s why a week in Lake Tahoe is something we look forward to every single year.
The towering pine trees, the crystal-clear water, the mountain air, the quiet mornings, the sunsets over the lake… it’s one of those places that reminds you to slow down and simply be present.
These are the moments our girls will remember. Not the newest toy or more time on a screen, but laughing together, swimming in the lake, late-night ice cream runs, card games (lots of Monopoly this year), walks, and making memories with family. We even celebrated our oldest turning 13!! How do we have a teenager already?🥳🎉
As much as I love fitness and staying healthy, these moments matter just as much. Health isn’t only about workouts and nutrition. It’s about having the energy to fully live your life and enjoy the people God has blessed you with.
This trip is always a reminder for me to put the phone down a little more, soak in the view, breathe deeply, and appreciate the incredible beauty of God’s creation.
I’m so thankful for another year of memories together. 🤍

✨ Whatever your day may look like, you don’t have to be perfect- just consistent.
I know so many women who know what to do, but get overwhelmed trying to do everything perfectly. The truth is, the women who see results aren’t eating perfectly every meal. They’re finding ways to stay consistent even on the busiest days.
Some days I have time to cook. Some days I’m grabbing a shake, a pre-made meal, or adding extra protein to a convenience option. Both can fit your goals.
Fat loss doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from consistency.
