Part 2 of my 3-part series to help lift your face

naturally: masseter release

Your masseter muscles are your main chewing muscles and they hold so much tension.

Clenching, grinding, and stress can make them bulky and tight, creating heaviness in the lower face.

This can contribute to puffiness, flatter cheeks, deeper smile lines, and jaw pain.

Releasing this tension helps sculpt the jawline and support a more lifted face

These are the kind of techniques I teach inside my 7-Day Lower Face Lift Program.

Inside the program, I guide you through full step-by-step routines designed to target all the muscles that pull the face down so you can get deeper, faster, and longer-lasting results

Tension is aging you faster. Release it and you will reshape the way your face is aging.

I'll show you how to release the tension in my 7-day face yoga challenge

Part 3 of my 3-part series to help lift your face

naturally: temporalis release

Your temporalis muscles sit on the sides of your head and are part of your chewing muscles.

When they hold tension, they can create heaviness around the eyes, affect cheek support, , and contribute to headaches.

Because everything is connected, releasing this area can help lift the upper face and open up the eyes+++

This is one of my favorite areas to release for instant refreshed look.

If your face is starting to sag and you want to lift it naturally with face yoga, you need to understand what is actually pulling your face down in the first place.

If you only focus on the face, this is most likely why you are not getting the results that you want.

A lifted face starts with a lifted neck.
No amount of massage or exercises you do on your face is going to work properly if you are not addressing the tension in your neck first.

Tension in the platysma, SCM, masseter, and cheek muscles affects the way your face moves, ages, holds fluid, and circulates blood and lymph.

When muscles stay chronically tense, they start pulling downward, restricting circulation, flattening the cheeks, widening the jaw, and affecting skin function over time.

This is not only about beauty and lifting the face naturally.
It also affects your nervous system, because holding chronic tension in your face and neck keeps your body in a constant stress response.

Releasing that tension helps your face look healthier, more lifted, more alive, and it also helps your body feel calmer.

Inside my 7-Day Challenge, I teach step-by-step techniques to release tension safely and naturally through face yoga, facial massage, neck work, and buccal massage đź’ž

If your face is starting to sag and you want to lift it naturally, these are the 3 muscles you need to focus on first:

1. Platysma
If your platysma muscle is tight, it starts pulling your lower face downward while also affecting circulation and lymphatic flow.

This is why neck tension release is such an important part of face yoga and why I dedicated an entire routine to it inside my 7-Day Challenge.

2. Masseter
These are your chewing muscles, and they hold a huge amount of chronic tension.

When they become overworked, they widen the jaw, create heaviness in the lower face, block circulation, and keep your nervous system stuck in stress mode.

3. Buccinator
When these muscles stay tight for years, they start flattening and sagging instead of properly supporting the cheeks.

This is why I love combining buccal massage with cheek activation exercises.
You release deep tension while also helping the muscles function correctly again.

Face yoga is not just about doing random exercises.
You need to release tension first, improve circulation, support the nervous system, and help the muscles work properly again.

Inside my 7-Day Challenge, I teach step-by-step techniques for the neck, jaw, cheeks, eyes, forehead, and more to help create a full face natural lift đź’ž

Relax these 3 muscles and watch your face lift naturally.

Your platysma, masseter, and temporalis muscles have a huge impact on the way your face looks and feels.

When those muscles stay tight for years, they start creating heaviness, pulling the face downward, compressing circulation, and holding tension patterns that change the way the face ages over time.

This is why massaging the face lightly here and there is usually not enough.
You need to work on the deeper structure of the face and neck.

The crazy part is that once you start releasing those muscles properly, you often feel the difference immediately.
The face looks more open, more relaxed, more lifted, and even your mind feels calmer too.

This is exactly what we work on inside my Lower Face Lift Program with guided routines focused on deep tension release, lifting, sculpting, posture, circulation, and facial muscle support.

Everything is follow-along style, so you do the techniques with me step by step đź’ž

(If you don’t receive the DM, make sure you’re following me first 🤍)

For years, I thought the answer was better skincare.

And don’t get me wrong… skincare matters. I’m a licensed esthetician professionally trained in both France and the U.S., so I’ve always cared deeply about skin health.

But at some point, I realized skincare alone wasn’t fixing the puffiness, heaviness, tension, and sagging happening in my face.

Especially after going through Bell’s palsy, I started understanding the face in a completely different way. I became obsessed with learning about facial muscles, tension, circulation, lymphatic flow, posture, and how emotions and stress physically show up on the face over time.

That’s what eventually led me into facial massage and face yoga.

Your face is not just skin.

The muscles underneath the skin matter too. The tension we hold in the jaw, neck, forehead, eyes, and even our posture affects the way the face looks and functions over time.

That’s why I created my 7-Day Face Yoga Challenge.

It’s a simple step-by-step program with one guided routine each day:

Day 1 — Full Face Reset
Day 2 — Neck Lift
Day 3 — Jaw Tension Release
Day 4 — Buccal Massage
Day 5 — Cheek Lift & Volume
Day 6 — All About the Eyes
Day 7 — Smooth Forehead & Frown Lines

Everything is guided, beginner friendly, and designed to help you release tension, de-puff, lift the face naturally, and better understand what’s actually changing your face over time.

You don’t need to rely on injections to improve the way your face looks.

A lot of the heaviness, puffiness, and sagging we notice over time is also connected to tension, posture, circulation, stress, and the way the muscles of the face are functioning every day.

As a licensed esthetician specialized in facial massage, this is exactly why I created my 7-Day Face Yoga Challenge.

It’s a simple step-by-step routine designed to help you release tension, de-puff, lift, and reconnect with your face naturally in just 10 minutes a day.

Here’s what’s waiting for you inside the challenge:

Day 1: Full Face Reset
Day 2: Neck Lift
Day 3: Jaw Tension Release
Day 4: Buccal Massage
Day 5: Cheek Lift + Volume
Day 6: All About the Eyes
Day 7: Smooth Forehead + Frown Lines

One of the biggest mistakes I see when it comes to downturned mouth corners is that people only focus directly on the mouth area

But the lower face is connected to so many different muscles that all influence each other.

The neck and platysma muscles pull downward on the lower face when they become tight.

The DAO muscles keep the corners of the mouth pulled down when they hold too much tension from stress, clenching, or repetitive facial expressions.

The cheek muscles weaken over time and are not strong enough anymore to counterbalance that downward pull.

And even tension in the temples affects the way the face lifts and holds itself.

This is why doing one random technique here and there usually doesn't lead to real changes.

You need a real method where everything works together in the right order.

That's exactly why I created my Lower Face Lift Program. It's a full step-by-step method where I guide you through everything with done-with-you routines designed to lift, release tension, sculpt, and strengthen the lower face naturally.

One simple exercise to lift your cheeks naturally.

This exercise helps strengthen the cheek muscles while also releasing tension inside the mouth that can weigh the face down over time.

This is one of the techniques I teach inside both my 7-Day Challenge and my Lower Face Lift Program:

The 7-Day Challenge is a full-face program where each day focuses on a different area of the face and neck. You'll work on things like a full face reset, neck lift, jaw tension release, cheek lift, buccal massage, eyes, and forehead lines.

If you're a beginner and want to start with a balanced full-face approach, this is the perfect place to start.

The Lower Face Lift Program is a more targeted program that goes deeper into the cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jawline, jaw tension, neck, and lower face to help release deep tension and create a more lifted looks
