I was recently gifted this beautiful barber chair. I put in some fresh hydraulic fluid and polished up the nickle plating. It works beautifully and makes my work doing haircuts much easier. I posted a sales brochure from a supply company from 1928.
This is a 1926 Koken Super Hydraulic and is one of the first barber chairs upholstered with a new product introduced in 1926, vinyl upholstery.
100 years old. All original and works better than many modern chairs I have worked behind.
