First time on the hooks since I’ve owned it…wish me luck! I’ll be working from the old “Honed to Perfection” van for a while!

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and the long waits that have been tolerated so well.

There’s good and bad to having a Mercedes van…the good…pretty darned reliable!

The bad…when they decide to not be reliable, it can take a few weeks to get into a shop that works on them. If you can’t get into a shop, you get to work on them yourself. That’s where I’m at. Parts almost all have to come from mail order…so here I sit.

I’m sorry I haven’t been on the road much in the last couple weeks/months. I’m so far behind!

It’s that time of year again! I’m headed to South Dakota for my annual fishing trip to see if there are really any fish up there. I’ll be gone from 6/06-6/13

I want to truly thank all of you for trusting me with your tools, and livelihood. I’m beyond privileged and honored to be the one you call for help.

While I’m away my son Sean will answer any questions. Mail in and drop off for clipper blades will still be open. We finally have a new Dropbox at the house (sorry to everyone who had trouble finding the old one!!). Just send a text to let him know you’re leaving your equipment.

If you have a shearmergency while I’m away, get in touch, we have some extras we can mail out so you have something to use until I get back.
