So yesterday I went on a cooking day the first picture is a homemade veggie sauce with yellow and red peppers zucchini crushed tomatoes dried herbs and then I added whipping cream, then add spinach and pasta mix bring to a simmer for 10 minutes put in baking dish add cheese baked 15 minutes!

The next dish I made was homemade salsa verde! The darker green is without avocado and the brighter green is with avocado! Very happy on how this turned out it was my very first time making it from scratch!!!!

Next up homemade poppers!!!
