The last time I saw my friend Ralph, I was working for him in construction about 10-11 years ago. I remember our last conversation I told him I wanted to get into the barber industry. I didn’t leave that job on the best terms.

Later, God put it on my heart to find him, pay him back sevenfold, and tell him how GOD had strengthened me through my battle with drug addiction. Ralph simply smiled, laughed, and said, “You owe me nothing.”

I also remember calling him one day for business advice. His response was simple: “Read Deuteronomy 8.” That advice has stayed with me.

Even though we hadn’t seen each other in years, every phone call we shared was meaningful. He has been a great mentor, always offering wisdom and encouragement. We would spend long conversations fellowshipping over the phone, and more importantly, we’ve become brothers in Christ.

Seeing him today at Church was truly special. His excitement was priceless, and I’m so grateful for the way God restores relationships and brings people back together in His perfect timing. God is faithful.

Today I was suppose to rest but I decided to tag along with my parents to spend the afternoon with them, I felt like a baby in between ❤️

To every father going through a tough season: don’t give up. Hold on, seek GOD, and trust Him. The same GOD who restores broken things can restore what the enemy tried to steal from you. Keep the faith, keep praying, and keep moving forward. GOD is not finished with your story 🙌🏼🔥
