Things are changing behind the scenes at Fringe 👀

I’m officially making the switch from Square → GlossGenius for booking, and while I get everything moved over, things might get a little noisy in your inbox. 😂

For a short time, you may receive:

🖤 Appointment confirmations from both systems
🖤 Reminder texts/emails from both systems
🖤 Appointment notifications from Square AND GlossGenius
🖤 A few more notifications than usual while everything gets transferred

You did NOT accidentally book two appointments.

This is just the glamorous behind-the-scenes chaos of changing booking systems. 🖤

Once everything is fully switched over, GlossGenius will be the new home for Fringe appointments, and you’ll only receive your normal booking confirmations and reminders through the new system.

✨ PLEASE NOTE: If you receive something from both platforms that looks confusing, don’t cancel or change your appointment through either system. Just shoot me a message and I’ll get you sorted.

✨ Big News at Fringe ✨

This week came with an unexpected curveball. On Tuesday afternoon, I was notified that the building owners plan to sell and that we would need to relocate by February 1st. After a brief moment of panic, I got to work.

Thanks to the support of my amazing tribe, I’m thrilled to announce that Fringe has secured a new location and will officially be operating there starting 2/1.

I am so excited to step into this new chapter with all of you and can’t wait to share my new space. Thank you for your continued support — it truly means everything.

Your appointment is reserved solely for you.

A 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

Less than 48 hours notice — 100% of scheduled service total
No-shows — 100% of scheduled service total

All fees must be paid prior to future bookings.

Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
