Meet Lily, co-owner of The Beauty Parlor and one of the creative forces behind the salon!

Behind the chair since 2012, Lily is a Master Stylist specializing in dimensional, lived-in color, creative color, and razor cutting. Known for her love of effortless, textured styles and a good hair transformation, she’s passionate about creating personalized looks that feel just as good as they look.

Outside the salon, Lily is a mom of two, a dog mom, and a lover of all things art + design. When she’s not doing hair, she’s probably decorating her house, creating something, or finding room for yet another plant she definitely doesn’t need. 🤓🌿

As co-owner, Lily takes pride in creating a space that brings together talented artists, individuality, and good energy. Her goal? A salon where great hair and a great atmosphere go hand in hand.

Lily is currently accepting new clients! Whether you’re looking for a fresh color, a new cut, or a complete transformation, she’d love to have you in her chair. 🖤✂️

Co-Partner + Master Stylist at The Beauty Parlor, Natalie Cottage✨Hairstylist has been behind the chair for 25 years (!!) and specializes in balayage, lived-in color + effortlessly elevated hair. With a full clientele built over decades in the industry, she’s basically proof that good hair—and good relationships—keep people coming back. 🤎

Around here, this bronze baddie is also affectionately known as our ✨house mom✨ She’s the one keeping the salon organized, making sure it’s decorated for every season, taking care of all 500 of our flowers + plants, and somehow keeping the rest of us together in the process!

Outside of the salon, she’s an amazing mom + proud chocolate Lab mom 🐾🤎 She loves spending time outdoors, getting crafty, and is pretty much always down for a fun time.

Natalie is a huge part of what makes The Beauty Parlor feel like The Beauty Parlor—equal parts talented stylist, plant lady, organizer, decorator, mom + resident good-time girl. 🫶🏼

We’ve got a new face joining the collective and we’re so excited to finally introduce her 🥹 Meet Alyssa—our newest stylist + the latest addition to The Beauty Parlor crew!

Alyssa has been behind the chair since 2019 and is all about lived-in blondes + personalized color. Think effortless, customized color that’s made for you—your hair, your vibe, your lifestyle. She’s always keeping up with the latest techniques + trends while making sure your color still feels wearable, fresh, and completely your own.

When she’s not behind the chair, she’s probably reading a thriller, going down a true crime rabbit hole, or hanging with her husband + dog 🐶📚
