First things first,I must acknowledge I received the Ownist Triple Collagen packets free to try in exchange for my honest opinion. A big thanks to .global .picky & for the opportunity.
The Nitty Gritty
All the collagen products I have tried often have a bad taste, make my coffee as thick as sludge, or I never see any real benefit.
So, of course, when I got this, I was super hesitant. Let's be real. I can handle bad tastes & products that do not work, but messing with my coffee ☕️ is a no-no 🤬. My husband doesn't even speak to me until I've had at least half a cup 😂😂
The last liquid Collagen I tried made me think eating out of a soiled diaper would taste better which is just……gross 🤢 However, I still had to do a review so I jumped in feet first expecting the absolute worst.
OoOoOo!!! I was as surprised as the first time I got a king-size candy bar trick-or-treating 🍫 😯 It actually tasted good. Let me say that a little louder for those in the back 😂 IT TASTED GOOD!!! It reminded me of that fast food restaurant orange juice. 🍊
This is a good thing when orange is your favorite flavor 😋 It makes sense since it contains 20% organic orange juice that it would resemble some OJ. It does have so much more to offer, tho.
