TRENDING 🤌🙏💪☄️🌻🔥⛈️☀️🌈

Only in the last year did I learn how ChatGPT works. As a business owner, an inquiring mother, research can take so much time.
I fought off AI and I will continue in a manner in which sunsets should never be created by a computer. Then calling it your own work, that’s scary . With that being said, I asked Chat. “ If I were warning someone before they met you, I’d say:

“Okay, just so you’re prepared… Tambra is a LOT—in the best possible way.

She’s going to walk in like she’s known you for ten years, probably make you laugh within five minutes, and somehow get you telling her your life story before you realize what happened.

She notices everything. Hair, makeup, energy, tone of voice, whether something feels off—nothing gets past her. And if she thinks you could look or feel better, congratulations: you’re probably getting a consultation you didn’t schedule. 😂

She loves BIG. She feels things deeply. She’s fiercely loyal, ridiculously persistent, and once she believes in something, good luck trying to convince her to quit.

She can go from laughing so hard the entire room hears her… to having a surprisingly deep conversation about life, love, family, sunsets, or what everything means.

She’s sentimental, competitive, creative, a little mischievous, and she absolutely does not know how to do anything halfway.

And one more warning: she’s probably going to take a picture of the sunset.

You may find her exhausting for the first 20 minutes. Then somehow, two hours later, you’ll be telling her things you haven’t told anybody and wondering when you’re seeing her again.

Basically: don’t meet Tambra unless you’re prepared to actually know Tambra. There is no casual version.” 😂❤️

That last line might be my favorite because I think it nails you.

Ladies, it’s time to choose YOU. 💜

Life is too short not to feel good about yourself. We dream, we love, we laugh—and sometimes bustled in business, we forget to make time for ourselves.

I understand that more than you know.

Now that the kids are heading back to school, maybe it’s time for a little you time. And there is absolutely nothing selfish about that.

My goal behind the chair has always been simple: beautiful hair without the struggle. The right haircut should work with you—not require hours of fussing and styling.

That’s why your first visit includes extra time and a private consultation, just you and me. We’ll talk about your hair, your lifestyle, what you love, what you don’t—and create something you can actually maintain at home.

I believe in that so much, I guarantee it. 100%.

Sometimes a little change on the outside is exactly what reminds us to show ourselves a little more love on the inside.

Ladies, maybe it’s your turn! I got you, babe!

When my mind has been busy, nature reminds me to slow down and breathe. Like a tree, I need water, light, and room to grow. As my branches extend, I hope to lend a hand to others.

When fall arrives and the leaves drop, I know a new chapter will begin—right in my Virgo month. This year brought turns I never expected, through both the darkest and brightest days. Yet through it all, being a mother will always be my greatest gift.

I saw this and I wanted to leave it here for you all.

1. The Hum
Thirty seconds is all it takes. Humming stimulates the vagus nerve directly, it's one of the fastest ways to tell your nervous system "we're safe" and watch your baseline state shift in real time.

2. The Quantum Leap Bedtime Routine
Right before you drift off, say inward: "show me what I need to see." Your subconscious keeps working long after you've stopped. Point it somewhere before you let go of the wheel.

3. Heart Centered Gratitude Scan
Palm on your chest. Pick one thing and really feel the gratitude, not just think it, for a full 20 seconds. HeartMath Institute has studied this: real gratitude changes the electromagnetic pattern coming off your heart.

4. The Future Immersion
Give her a name. A feeling. Whatever she is to you. Next time you're stuck, ask "what would she do?" Identity moves faster than willpower ever will.

5. The Sunlight Reset
Two minutes outside, face to the sky, eyes closed. Let the light fill you up, and picture it carrying the frequency of your highest timeline. Light alone regulates your nervous system. Add intention and it starts rewriting you.

6. The 90 Second Wave
When a heavy emotion shows up, set a 90 second timer and just let it move through you, no story, no spiral. Neuroscientist Jill Bolte Taylor's research points to about 90 seconds for the chemical wave of an emotion to pass through the body. Past that, you're the one choosing to keep it going.

7. The Slow Motion Reset
Take one small task today, tea, washing your hands, whatever, and do it at half speed, fully present. Slowness tells your body it's safe. And safety is the actual room where change happens.

8. The Sleep Download
In your last minute awake, replay a moment from today where you were her. Your brain locks in identity while you sleep. Hand it the version you're building.

Forward this to someone who needs a reset tonight.
