Why have I chosen the road less traveled??
Because I know better, that’s why!

For a decade of my 25-year career, I worked with hands that were swollen, itchy, blistered, cracked, and sometimes even bloody. The products I was using—on myself and my clients—were doing real damage.

Back then, my job wasn’t about creativity; it was about pushing whatever brand I was working with. My body was screaming at me, but I ignored it because, honestly, I thought that was just how it was. Breathing in synthetic fragrances and aerosols every day added to my toxic load and left me feeling drained, depressed, and completely disconnected. Showing up for my clients in that state wasn’t fair—to me or to them.

I can’t imagine living like that now. These last six years, I’ve focused on creating a space that feels like a sanctuary—a place where creativity can flow, where wellness and connection come first. That’s what feels beautiful to me, and it’s what I want for everyone who walks through my door.
