Relax and Renew Massage

I’ll be out of the office for about a week while I recover from surgery. The following week (October 26th-30th) I’ll be offering cupping massages only as I ease back into my schedule. 🤍

Thank you for your patience and understanding! 🫶🏼

✨ One year in business! ✨

What an incredible first year it’s been. Thank you to my amazing clients, family, friends, and everyone who has supported me, and to those who have trusted me with their wellness and relaxation needs.

Thank you for helping my dream become a reality. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you, and I’m excited to continue growing!

✨ Cupping Therapy ✨

Cupping therapy uses suction to help lift and decompress tight muscles and fascia. It can be a great option for anyone dealing with muscle tension, soreness, stress, headaches, limited mobility, or overall body tightness.

Benefits of cupping may include:
• Reduced muscle tension & pain
• Improved circulation
• Faster recovery & decreased soreness
• Better mobility and flexibility
• Relaxation and stress relief

If you’ve been curious about trying cupping, feel free to message me with any questions or to book an appointment! 🤍
