Hi, I’m Mackenna! I’m a licensed aesthetician and the owner of Sunwinked Beauty Company

I’ve been in the beauty industry for about 5 years, and creating a space where people feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of has always been my passion!

I offer lash extensions, brow threading/tinting, and sunless tanning

I wanted my space to feel a little different than your typical salon— more cozy, welcoming, and completely come as you are

january was a month to unwind after the busy holidays and strategize how to move forward in both my business and personal life

here’s a summed up version of 2025🥂☁️🫶🏼

in the last year➡️

I signed on a new to me & larger store front (February)
Passed my Aesthetic State Boards (March)
Started renovations at the new storefront (March)
Started plotting 😉 The Cottage Collective
Hosted the first bridal shower at the Cottage Collective for a friend of mine (March)
Formed an LLC for tcc (April)
Organized an opening event— was a hit! (May)
Continued taking clients in previous location as all of this went on
Officially started taking clients at the new location (June)
Hosted many vendor events over the summer displaying my boutique inventory
Decided to step away from the boutique side of Sunwinked, as I wanted to focus on my beauty services and the new creative studio/small venue business I started
Hosted more and more vendor events, classes, & parties
And lots more in between!

as I continued throughout the summer-fall, I felt as I was forgetting the whole reason I moved to this new location originally—

Sunwinked.

I don’t regret the time and energy I put into the other things that came about, but in 2026 I want to continue to pour into my original business, Sunwinked, now that the Cottage Collective is coming along well

in the last few months➡️

I restructured my price menu and services to keep it simple and more niche
I’m always improving my skill, but have seen notable change in each set of lashes, pair of brows, and tans I’ve done
I tested and invested in higher quality products all around
My service rooms have gotten a refresh and are always changing as I discover what is best for both the client & myself!
I’m educating myself on skincare lines for future services;)
I’m upping my branding, my marketing, & all things behind the scenes. AND I’m more excited than ever to show you guys☺️
