One of the absolute SCARIEST things I've ever done was quit my job to pursue my dream of owning a business. No Plan B. No backup plan. No guaranteed income. Just GOD! 🙌🏽🥹

I had to fully surrender, let go of the need to control everything, and trust that the same God who gave me the vision would provide the customers.

And here we are. It's October, and Kanami BEAUTY has been open since February. Eight months of walking by faith, figuring things out as I go, praying, trusting, and believing.

Sometimes I sit back and think, "Girl, are you really out here just winging it?" 😂 Because some days this level of faith feels a little delusional! But then I remind myself that faith isn't about knowing HOW it's going to happen. It's about trusting WHO is going to make it happen. 🙏🏽

And God has been doing JUST THAT!

Every customer who walks through my door, every online order, every repeat customer, every referral, and every experience booked is a reminder that God is providing.

And when someone tells me they found Kanami BEAUTY simply by Googling or searching TikTok for things to do in Winston-Salem, I'm literally in awe. 🥹 Like, GOD, YOU DID THAT!

To EVERY person who has purchased from me, shared a post, told someone about my business, booked an experience, or simply prayed for my success, THANK YOU! You have no idea how much your support means to me.

I'm still learning. I'm still growing. I'm still figuring some things out. But one thing I know for certain is that God has not failed me, and I don't believe He's about to start now!

I'm thanking Him for the customers He's already sent AND the ones who haven't found me yet. I'm thanking Him for the experiences that haven't been booked yet and the doors that haven't opened yet.

Because if He's brought me this far, I believe there's so much MORE to come! 🙌🏽💕
