The Salon is accepting applications for an apprentice stylist!

We’re looking for someone who is ready to invest in their future—with punctuality, professionalism, and a willingness to learn, take feedback, and put it into practice.

Our expectations are high because we believe in helping you build the skills, confidence, and habits that lead to a successful career. Talent is a starting point. Consistency, adaptability, and how you show up for your clients and teammates are what help you grow.

What we’re looking for:

• Applicants must have graduated from a cosmetology program and hold a current cosmetology license.
• Someone dependable, prepared, and on time.
• A motivated learner who welcomes coaching and is willing to adjust their approach.
• A team member who takes initiative and pays attention to the details.
• A passion for beautiful hair and an exceptional client experience.
• A commitment to building a career—not simply filling a position.

What you can expect:

Our apprenticeship typically spans 6–12 months, with hands-on training in technical skills, consultations, client relationships, and the day-to-day business of running a salon. You’ll learn how to develop your craft, build a clientele, and grow a sustainable career—with the potential to eventually operate your own business within our space.

Weekly classes and educational opportunities beyond your hands-on training are part of the experience. Come ready to invest time and effort in your development.

The position includes a paid salary, plus gratuities earned once you begin taking clients on the floor. We’ll discuss the full program, class schedule, time commitments, and compensation during an in-person interview.
