Hi, reposting because silly me out the wrong phone number. :)

I've been having a lot of people no show recently or cancel after the 24 hour policy. I understand things happen, we get sick, we forget, or we just don't feel like going to an appointment some days. At the end of the day I am a small business, and my clients attending their appointments as they scheduled is how I put dinner on the table and support my family. When you book time that somebody else who DOES come to their appointment could of had them don't show up it's just not cool. I try my best to have a safe, flexible & understanding space but I do need to make sure I create healthy boundaries for myself & my business. As always thank you so much for all of my clients. I never want to charge someone for a service they didn't get but I do need to make an income. 💗
