Devotional Voice & Sound Meditation
Join Lynda Arnold for an afternoon of vocal meditation, slow chant, deep listening, and acoustic sound meditation at Earth Yoga in Yucca Valley.
We’ll begin with the voice as our first instrument, exploring breath, humming, toning, simple mantra, and slow devotional chant as pathways into presence, resonance, and inner connection. No singing experience is necessary. The emphasis is not on performance, but on experiencing the voice as a personal practice of listening, expression, and offering.
From there, we’ll gradually move from sounding into receiving. Lynda will guide an extended sound meditation using a collection of acoustic instruments, creating a spacious environment for rest, reflection, and deep listening.
Inspired by the idea of sound as offering, this workshop invites us to consider what happens when we approach the voice, music, and silence with intention—allowing sound to become a bridge between inner experience, shared presence, and the world around us.

Full Moon sound + breathwork journey.
Infinite Crescendo offers a holotropic-inspired, transformational, modern day ritual that includes incantation, vibrational coregulation, channeled harmonics, and elements of prayer and release.
Designed and crafted by three-time grammy nominated musician and producer Paul Butler and breathwork guide and musician Carly Jo Carson, these hour-plus compositional breathwork experiences can be as potent as plant medicine.
Facilitated by Parker Ainsworth, this evening will be rooted in the intention to feel what’s present in the body and allow it the space it needs to be held with loving awareness.
