UR Sovereign
I’m a holistic mentor and bodywork specialist, guiding newcomers to the spiritual path in understanding energy, releasing blocks, and managing stress.
Now I move to the left side.
The left side of the body holds the feminine energy … receptivity, intuition, the capacity to receive love and support. When there are blockages here, it often speaks to difficulty receiving, to feeling unworthy, to the parts of us that have been giving and giving without ever being refilled.
And then there’s me.
You might notice something in this video. I’m burping and yawning as I work. I want to be honest about that because when it first started happening nine months ago, I was mortified. I did an event with high profile people in the room and I wanted the ground to swallow me whole.
Now I understand it differently.
In shamanic and somatic traditions, burping and yawning during energy work are recognised as signs of energetic release … the body’s way of moving what has been stuck. When I yawn, I’m allowing the frequency to rise. When I burp, I’m literally clearing trauma and dense energy that is moving through the field. I’m not just working on my client. I’m processing what she’s releasing so it doesn’t stay in the room.
It embarrassed me once. Now I know it means the work is working.
The latissimus dorsi is the largest muscle in the back. It spans from the lower back, wraps around the ribcage, tucks into the armpit, and inserts all the way into the arm.
It is a bridge. At the base of the spine sits insecurity ... root energy, the foundation of feeling safe enough to simply exist. And the lat carries that insecurity upward, where it transforms into guilt, into overgiving, into arms that never stop working. The body maps it perfectly. Not enough at the root. So give everything from the branches.
To treat it properly I have to move the arm into multiple positions ... behind the back, straight above, crossed over ... rotating the whole shoulder girdle so I can reach the fascia from every angle. Sometimes tissue won’t release until you approach it from a direction it hasn’t been asked to soften from before.
And then ... what you can see me doing at the chest ... I’m feeling into the unmet needs held in her masculine side. In the pec muscles. There is a lot of energy moving here, so I open a portal and hold space for it to leave.
The body doesn’t release in a straight line. Neither does the healing.
Your arms do so much more than lift, carry, and hold.
Six major meridians run through the arms… energetic pathways connected to the lungs, heart, pericardium, large intestine, small intestine, and triple burner. When I work the fascia and muscle here, I’m not just releasing tension. I’m opening channels.
And emotionally? The arms carry overworking. Guilt. Constantly giving without receiving. The weight of holding everything together for everyone else.
Watch my hands here… one is holding where the radial nerve runs through the front of the arm, the other is at the point where the ulnar nerve passes through the tendon of the scapular. I’m holding both simultaneously, creating a connection between them, and asking them to relax.
What you don’t see in this clip is that we had to pause… because her nose was blocking up. That’s the lymphatics moving. I gave her mint to smell to help clear it.
And when saliva starts to gather in the mouth? That’s the nervous system finally relaxing. That’s the signal I’m looking for.
This is why I spend so long here. Because when the fascia softens, the body gets to put something down that the mind didn’t even know it was still carrying.
This is our final session together.
Behind the scapula — behind the rhomboid… is where childhood trauma gets stored in the fascia. And in this moment I can feel that she’s finally starting to clear it.
I know because I’ve had my hands here before. Across multiple sessions… bodywork, energy clearing, recoding beliefs, tuning forks — I’ve been tracking what this tissue holds. And this session it feels different.
That difference is only something you can feel if you’ve been consistent. One session doesn’t show you this. Time does.
This is where it begins.
Slow. Deliberate. I don’t warm up and then start working… the moment my hands make contact, I’m already reading. The oil isn’t preparation, it’s the opening.
Every nerve point I touch tells me something about what this body is holding… the elbow, the base of the skull, the places where the nervous system lives close to the surface.
You’ll see me flick energy away after the skull. That’s not a quirk. That’s clearing what I just picked up so I don’t carry it with me.
This is why the work takes as long as it takes.
If expansion triggers contraction,
your system isn’t broken.
It’s protecting coherence.
Your nervous system’s job is stability — not success.
So when things grow quickly:
– more money
– more visibility
– more responsibility
– more ease
Your body asks,
“Is this sustainable… or is this danger?”
If you’ve experienced sudden loss, chaos, or overwhelm before…
rapid expansion can feel like the beginning of collapse.
So you unconsciously tighten.
You delay the launch.
You undercharge.
You create a distraction.
You slow the momentum.
Not because you don’t want more.
But because your system doesn’t trust sudden change.
Receiving introduces expansion slowly.
It teaches your body that growth doesn’t equal danger.
That more doesn’t mean loss is coming next.
That stability can expand.
My EFT product works at this exact layer —
the unconscious contraction that happens right before your next level.
We don’t force expansion.
We build safety inside it.
If you’re tired of growing and shrinking in cycles…
the link is in my bio.
Your goals aren’t stuck.
They’re waiting for safety to catch up.
Most people think they have a discipline problem.
Or a consistency problem.
Or a strategy problem.
But if your body is still bracing for:
– rejection
– overwhelm
– being seen
– responsibility too soon
Then every new level will feel like a threat.
You can’t build a bigger future
with a nervous system still protecting you from the past.
This is why you set goals…
and then stall.
Or procrastinate.
Or suddenly feel tired.
Not because you don’t want it.
But because expansion without safety feels dangerous.
And here’s the shift:
Receiving aligns time.
When your body feels safe with more —
money moves.
Opportunities land.
Momentum feels natural instead of forced.
This is exactly what my EFT product is designed to do.
We don’t hype you into action.
We clear the emotional imprint that makes success feel unsafe.
Because once the body trusts the future…
your goals stop feeling heavy.
If you’re ready to stop bracing and start building,
the link is there.
