I realised recently that so many of you have joined this little corner of the internet over the past few months, and I haven't properly introduced myself.

Behind the sauna sessions, ceremonies, workshops, treatments and sea dips is simply a person who believes deeply in the power of connection.

My own experiences of loss, living with endometriosis and PMDD, working in mental health and trauma, and navigating life's twists and turns have all shaped the spaces I create today.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I understand what it feels like to need support, understanding and somewhere to belong.

The sauna was never really about a sauna.

It was about creating the kind of community where people can arrive exactly as they are. No masks. No expectations. Just space to breathe, be witnessed and remember that they're not alone.
