☁️Powder Brows☁️ is a form of cosmetic tattooing, also known as “permanent makeup.” The goal for this technique is to render a healed result resembling powdered makeup. As you can see, we layer pixels into the skin. The skin is not 100% saturated as with line-work in tattooing.
