We specialise in one-on-one training and FitBoxing, this ensures you receive the maximum benefit of a fitness programme specific to your needs. We also accommodate small group training, grab a friend or two, motivate one another and make working out fun and budget friendly. We start each program with a fitness evaluation, which includes a body fat check, and build realistic milestones into your workouts.

It’s about more than fitness - it’s about confidence, discipline, resilience and giving young people a positive space to challenge themselves and grow.
We’re proud to play a small part in helping these students become stronger, both physically and mentally. 💪
