tasty little vegan lunch with some instant brown basmati rice, leftover stir fry veggies and chickun nuggets because i need to empty the freezer. scrappy but very tasty. bought the instant rice quinoa mix at Fantasy Foods in Milnerton for R15

terrible photography but delicious snack platter from Plantiful at the fortnightly vegan market at .co.za in Tableview. This platter had nuggets, chips, a sausage roll, dumplings and a mince vetkoek. Perfect for rugby watching on a chilly day
