Our AMC Probe - found in our electrified units - functions much like an oven, making temperature control simple and precise.

When plugged in, the red light indicates that power is on and stays on while cooking. Once you select a heat setting, the green light will turn on to show it’s heating and switch off once the desired temperature is reached.

For best results, cook on medium to low heat. Probe setting 6 is a good medium heat and can be reduced to simmer when needed.
