pHformula South Africa does it again!!! I absolutely love being able to offer my clients such innovative, regenerative skincare that improves your skin health on a cellular level. I wanted to write a whole post about skin and the importance of facials and using the correct products - and I will get to that sometime .. but the most important work I do is holding a space for my clients. To hold them when times are tough. To see them. Listen to them. Create a space just for them. My facial treatments will always take in the "whole" of you and that is why I will always work with products I can alchemise and individualise for you! I don't follow a routine - I follow what you and your skin are needing. There is so much more to skin than just the products that you use and yet we concentrate so much on the products and not what you are going through in your life 🩷🙏

It's ok if you having a bad day. It's ok if you don't want to talk. It's ok if your skin is breaking out or you feel like you have lost your glow.
My treatments will always be touch therapy based because in a world filled with peptides, AI and the wrong products going viral - I want to be real. I want to be able to connect and treat everyone as an individual that is not only skin- you are a full, whole being and that is the way you should be treated. Your face tells a story - I want to get to know that story and make sure it's soon to be your best one yet 🩷🙏

We all fall, we all fail, we all have hard days. No one is exempt to experiencing life - that is both the beauty and the brokenness. Rachel Kolisi said something that I resonate with and have spoken about when I was going through my own grief- Beauty and hardship can co- exist. Your best day can live alongside the day you got the worst news. You can experience deep sadness and then see your child walk for the first time and experience intense gratitude and joy. There is sooo much grief, heart break, loss at the moment - I sometimes get overwhelmed with how much suffering we as humans are experiencing - but I also know there is goodness, beauty, joy and love to be found! I will also never stop celebrating the good! The victories, the moments that bring you child like joy - I will also never stop trying to create spaces for a soft landing 🩷🙏🏻
