Well… I’ve officially gone & made this public, so there’s no backing out now. 😂

For the next 6 weeks, I’m committing to 5 workouts every week in an effort to loose weight.

I’ve even made myself a little Post-it note tracker because apparently I’m the kind of person who needs colourful stationery & visual tools to stay motivated. 🤣 & though it would be a way to count down together.

Every workout = 1 Post-it comes off the board.

I’ve also put up 2 goals that I’d like to achieve
They are:
✨ To get back to under 70kg (watch till the end for my first weigh in)
✨ To reach 2000 followers
