WOMAN EMPOWERMENT STARTS WITH GIVING SOMEONE A CHANCE! At BeautyCare, I believe being a business owner is about more than running a successful salon. It’s about sharing my knowledge, experience and skills to help another woman grow and create better opportunities for herself. Having lost my therapist after 16 years, finding someone who fits into our BeautyCare team has been challenging. Through conversations with my clients, I was reminded to look at the people already around me and give opportunities to those who deserve them. Suddenly, the answer was right in front of me! Veronica, my loyal, trustworthy and committed receptionist of 9 years, deserved an opportunity to grow. Over the past few months, I’ve invested my time in teaching her beauty treatments and putting her through a lash course, giving her the opportunity to develop new skills and earn extra income for herself and her little boy, who starts big school next year. THIS IS WHAT WOMAN EMPOWERMENT MEANS TO ME! It’s not just about talking about empowering women. It’s about taking action, sharing knowledge, opening doors, building confidence and helping another woman work towards a brighter, more financially independent future. It’s about giving someone the chance to benefit from my many years of perseverance and experience. I’m incredibly proud of Veronica and excited to watch her learn, grow & develop her skills! After 16 years with Beauty Care, one of our therapists has relocated, so we’re looking for someone to join our team and help with our existing clients and treatments.

At the same time, we’d like to grow and expand our treatment menu, so I’m particularly looking for someone experienced in:

✨ Lash Lifts
✨ Dermaplaning & Facials

Skill and experience are more important to me than certificates and qualifications. I’m looking for someone with confidence and experience in what they do, who is open to learning the way we operate at Beautycare and takes pride in giving clients an amazing experience.

💻 Reception and computer experience is extremely important, as this will also form part of the role.
