We are delighted to welcome Dr. Simphiwe Mtombeni (Dr Sim) as one of our guest speakers.
Dr. Sim is a medical doctor and founder of Lifeforce Elite in Stellenbosch. After qualifying at UCT in 2017, she pursued further training in functional medicine, hormone and peptide therapies, with her passion evolving into longevity and preventative health. Her work focuses on hormonal and metabolic health, gut health, burnout and longevity — looking beyond symptoms to understand the root causes and helping people not simply live longer, but live better. Dr. Sim will be talking to us about wellness, GLP-1s, hormones and healing — subjects that are so relevant to women navigating the different seasons of life.
